Connect Ediphi to the tools your teams use everyday to streamline preconstruction workflows and get deeper insights, all from the same dataset
Populate custom owner bid-forms, executive summaries, and dashboards directly from Ediphi

Estimates are automatically synced with Excel, ensuring that owner bid-forms, executive summaries, and dashboards are always up-to-date.

Automatic data transfer slashes the risk of data-entry mistakes, giving you confidence that your bids and reports are accurate every time.

Whether you're working on a Mac, PC, desktop, or web app, the Add-In provides a smooth, hassle-free connection to Excel from anywhere.

Roles, timelines, and utilization built into estimates flow directly into Bridgit so staffing plans start with what the job actually requires. Suffolk used the integration to cut staffing cycles by 50% add $20M in revenue per estimator.

The Last Mile Excel Add-in installs self-service from the Office add-in store, and the On-Screen Takeoff import is a file you export and upload — neither needs IT involvement. The Bridgit, Togal.AI and CRM connections link Ediphi to a product you license separately, so you'll need an active account on that side; setup is handled during onboarding or by request.
Yes. Ediphi can integrate with common CRMs and business systems, including platforms like Unanet. Ediphi data is available through APIs and Excel, making it easy to push data into other platforms and build custom workflows. Where direct integrations are needed, Ediphi Support can also work with software providers to establish requested connections through available APIs.
Yes. You can import .OST files directly into an estimate, similar to how you'd import a .CSV. Export your bid from On-Screen Takeoff as a .OST file, then in Ediphi go to your estimate's Line Items section, hover over Import, and select OST — you can drag & drop the file or select it manually. Once uploaded, you'll get a notification showing how many line items were imported, and they'll populate directly in your estimate. Learn more here.
It's a native integration, not an export. Takeoff quantities move from Togal into Ediphi already mapped to your Unit Price Catalog, with WBS structure, sort fields and pricing in place — so quantities arrive as priced, structured line items instead of a list you have to code and price by hand.
Once an estimate is built in Ediphi, the GCGRs (general conditions/general requirements) already define the roles and timing needed to execute the job — and that's the same core data Bridgit needs to build workforce plans. Specifically, what flows over is:
Last Mile is a live data feed between Ediphi and Excel. You bind cells in a workbook to values in the estimate — division totals, systems, GC roll-ups, markups — and those cells stay current as the estimate is revised, so any custom reporting (ex. owner bid forms) is always up-to-date without double entry. It runs on Mac and PC, in desktop Excel and Excel on the web, and installs self-service from the Office add-in store.. Learn more here.
