# Ediphi

> Ediphi is a cloud-native estimating and preconstruction platform for general contractors, construction managers, owners and cost consultants. A single estimate file carries a project from conceptual budget through GMP and buyout, priced from the contractor's own historical cost data, edited by multiple estimators at once in any browser on Mac or PC.

Ediphi replaces desktop estimating software (DESTINI Estimator, Trimble WinEst, Sage Timberline Estimating, Autodesk ProEst) and the spreadsheets that surround it. Because conceptual estimating, detailed estimating, cost modeling, the unit price catalog, general conditions, buyout and value management all run on the same data, there is no rebuild or re-keying between phases.
