Parties Every month, the people of Edi Phi gather for dinner. If you think that does not sound too exciting then you must never have been to an Edi Phi dinner. We are privileged to have several very good cooks in the group, and these dinners give them the chance to showcase their culinary masterpieces. In the past, we have had entrees like filet mignon cooked in butter with a mushroom sauce, fettuccini with a creamy garlic alfredo sauce, mini-shells with white cheddar sauce, spicy fajitas, crab wontons, and chocolate mocha cheesecake. Makes me hungry just thinking about it. Then, after everyone has eaten themselves into oblivion, we do some activity like a video scavenger hunt, go see a movie, play volleyball at a park or we pull out a classic board game. Whatever we do, it always is entertaining and makes our parties the place to be. These events provide great times of fellowship.
